It's theoretically possible, if the prosthetic arm is advanced enough, and there's already prosthetic arms on the market that allow the user to use the muscles in their upper arm to control the fingers individually. (But these are like top dollar prosthetics.) It does seem that her leg and arm prosthetics were built by NIGHTHAVEN (her leg prosthetic has a built in knife sheath), so these are like the most advanced prosthetics money can buy.

So Thermite just got burnt but Aruni lost her arm and leg........

A considering that it looks like they got hit what most likely happened was, when they got hit it dislodged him from the vehicle then the explosion happened and he got hit with the Aftershock of that which caused the burns on his arms and she lost body parts and she was in the vehicle

People forget games evolve over time and the developers have future plans for it. At least they are keeping it interesting by doing new things with it instead of doing nothing or giving out mediocre content. This is pretty interesting what they've been doing with it so far by slowly creating a world and giving the characters life. Be happy they are doing something with it instead of letting it die like most companies do.
