Captain marvel just went straight to the powers and we had no time to actually relate with the character. All we see is CM blowing stuff up. At least with Monica we got to see her human side.

I think Marvel should recast both Brie Larson and Teyonah Parris from their respective roles! They put great effort to act as both normal character and their alter egos! But fails utterly to deliver the expected results!! When compared to other heroes of Marvel comics! The most powerful heroes (Captain Marvel and spectrum) are simply too terrible to watch while expressing their punch lines!

Just replace Danvers with Rambeau as the official Captain Marvel and say that Carol Danvers died on her way to her home planet.

Disney (Marvel) is finally doing right what many criticized them of doing wrong in Star Wars: They aren't making the female heroines of Phase 4, Mary Sues. WandaVision is exploring a multitude of conflicting emotions, flaws and personality traits that make someone, regardless of gender, a fully fleshed out, three dimensional character instead of a shallow icon for empowerment. Captain Marvel 2, sounds really interesting given the three-way dynamic that's going to be featured using the various archetypes (naive newbie; grizzled veteran; experienced middleman) and their points of view. They are three powerful women, but the best example of their power will be how relatable & compelling they will be, hopefully.
