Covid is literally a cop out excuse. The game couldn't be fixed in any meaningful way, and the developers knew they couldn't make anymore money off of it. That's as simple as it gets.

Been loving Cyberpunk 2077, but holy crap did they fail on a lot of what was promised. Even RDR2 has better NPC activities then this game.
